88' Ford Bronco
I've been a garage monkey from the time I was a squirt. My father started teaching me at a young age about tools and car repair. We worked in the garage together, him asking for tools and me handing him whatever was closest to me until I learned what was what.
I saw a picture of a Ford Bronco when I was little in a truck magazine of my father's. I decided I would have one someday and would cherish it forever, even though by the time I thought my dream would come true, the newest model would be over 10 years old. I found my 88 when we moved to TN and my dream had come true.
This truck means more to me than a lot of things in this world of mine. I feel invincible driving it and it brings me a sense of comfort, hominess, and family that always warms my heart.

Cowgirl's Pocolina
Riding is the only sport I've ever wanted to stick with. I guess I enjoy the controlled aspect of riding a 1,000 pound animal, but knowing that there is always the slightest risk that anything can go wrong. They are animals with their own brains, after all.
Bailey will be 7 this month. I've had her since she was 2 and started from ground up with her. Since I was just a tot on a pony at the local fair, crying because my mother was prying me off, I've always wanted a horse. We never had the resources to keep one, nor could we afford the expense. When I moved to TN, she was given to me by a wonderful man that I was riding for.
She's been my grace to get me through hard times. She's been my teacher when I couldn't figure things out. She's been the best listener for everything and only nudges me for a treat when my therapy session is over.

Simmian, My Puffer
My Figure 8 puffer, affectionately known as Simmie, will be turning seven this summer. I've had her throughout both my undergrad and graduate schooling. She's been a source of entertainment and joy for me every single day. She's traveled all over with me, from West Virginia to Pennsylvania to Ohio and now Tennessee.
